He oversees all FSQA operations of the company, such as verification of USDA FSIS Regulations, Customer Specifications, HACCP, GMP’s, SSOP’s, Audits, and the production of safe wholesome poultry products. Jeff has over 35 years of management experience in food manufacturing with companies such as ConAgra, Pilgrims, Perdue, and Bachoco/OK Foods. Jeff holds certifications in HACCP, Advanced HACCP and IDV Compliance, SSOP, and many others. Jeff is originally from Arkansas and received his Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business from Southern Arkansas University.
