DG Foods LLC Hires Allan Rodgers as Director of Human Resources

Hazlehurst, Miss. — DG Foods LLC has announced that Allan Rodgers has joined the company as the Director of Human Resources with responsibilities for overseeing all human resource operations of the company, such as compliance, employee relations and engagement, recruiting and retention, succession planning, total rewards, and training. “We welcome Allan and his family to DG Foods as our new Director of Human Resources,” said Chris Carter and Bill Bryant. “His passion, vast experience in the Human Resources field together with understanding our mission and long-term growth goals makes him the ideal fit for our company.”

ABOUT ALLAN

Allan has over 16 years of experience in Human Resources and holds the SHRM-CP professional credential. Allan is originally from Kentucky and graduated from Western Kentucky University, obtaining a BA degree in Corporate and Organizational Communication and obtained his MBA from Belhaven University. He currently resides in Jackson, MS with his wife and children.

ABOUT DG FOODS

DG Foods is a custom poultry processor, established in 2004 in Hazlehurst Mississippi to provide co-packing services to large integrated poultry companies. A second facility was established in Bastrop Louisiana in 2011. DG Foods has since expanded into custom processing and portioning at both facilities with direct shipping capabilities across the United States.
